We are looking for talented people to be part of our dynamic team Responsibilities The candidate will support Sino Hotels to develop the supply chain/market trend and ensure smooth day-to-day operation through liaison with both external and internal parties. You will be responsible for performing analysis to pursue quality improvements, cost savings, and procurement opportunities. You will also review, formulate, and implement internal controls, documentation, reporting, and supplier management systems to maintain procurement process integrity and compliance. Further duties include closely monitoring the assigned procurement project to ensure it is completed within schedule, maintaining good relationship with suppliers and negotiating material costs, delivery performance and quality standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree and/or relevant professional qualifications in Procurement, Business Administration, or related disciplines 3-5 years of experience in hotel purchasing Initiative and excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure Solid experience in using procurement system such as SAP, CheckSCM, etc, along with a strong sense of procurement compliance Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage We are an equal opportunity employer who offer an inclusive and diverse workplace where people are valued and respected.
