Job Summary This role will be the single point of contact for stakeholders, managing procurement for soft services such as landscaping, cleaning, pest control, staff uniforms, hygiene supplies, laundry services, ESG‑related initiatives, and MICE campaigns. Responsibilities End‑to‑end procurement activities including, but not limited to, sourcing, supplier due‑diligence, solicitations, preparing tenders, evaluations and negotiations, award, goods/services delivery of assigned categories, delivering professional and efficient procurement services to business users. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business objectives, roadmaps, and supplier dynamics. Providing expert advice to contract owners to resolve issues and post‑contract disputes, collaborating with legal teams when necessary. Supporting the implementation of standardized group systems, processes, best practices, and reporting across the organization. Leading and managing strategic group procurement initiatives as assigned. Upholding the core values of Central Procurement: integrity, accountability, and value‑for‑money, ensuring open and fair bidding practices. Requirements A university degree in Business or a related discipline. Professional qualification in CIPS or an equivalent certification is an advantage. Minimum of 5 years’ procurement experience and handling relevant categories in a sizable organization. Experience in managing complex sourcing projects is a plus. Solid understanding of procurement policies, procedures, tendering processes, and contract management. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills. Demonstrates a proactive, “can‑do” attitude with a high level of competence. Willing to take ownership and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
