Overview We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Procurement Officer to manage procurement processes, optimize supplier performance, and ensure cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The ideal candidate will excel in building vendor relationships and driving procurement strategies in the Catering Industry. Job Duties Oversee procurement for specific categories such as Food, Non‑Food or Services in catering industry or facility management, ensuring quality, cost‑effectiveness, and timely delivery. Manage the end‑to‑end procurement cycle, including vendor sourcing, tendering, evaluations, contract negotiations, and order placement. Work closely with internal stakeholders (Operation Managers, Head Chefs, etc.) to understand their procurement needs and provide necessary support. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while monitoring their performance to ensure adherence to contractual agreements, quality, cost, and service standards. Assist in maintaining accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, and vendor information. Conduct market research to identify trends, new sourcing opportunities, and innovative products to enhance procurement strategies. Support the procurement team in identifying areas for process improvement and cost savings. Ad hoc duties as assigned. Job Requirements Higher Diploma/Associate Degree/Degree or above in supply chain management, or a related field. Relevant certifications or coursework in procurement or supply chain management are a plus. 5+ years’ working experience in supply chain management/Procurement, preferably with 3 years solid experience in catering procurement or related industries. Experience in ERP system is a plus. Rich knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and techniques in the catering industry. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a distinct advantage. Self‑motivated and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. More experience will be considered for an Assistant Manager position.
