Join our Group’s licensed money lending company to lead the expansion and development of its lending business. As part of a dynamic financial services group with regulated activities across securities, asset management and virtual assets, this role offers the opportunity to drive product innovation and ensure full compliance under Hong Kong’s Money Lenders Ordinance. Responsibilities Act as the person in charge of the credit services company, overseeing overall operations and business development. Lead the design, development, and enhancement of loan products. Manage compliance processes to ensure full adherence to the Money Lenders Ordinance and other relevant regulations, including AML and CDD requirements. Handle loan approvals, conduct risk assessments, and manage debt recovery, with strong understanding of the full loan product lifecycle. Analyze market trends to optimize loan products and drive business growth. Prepare management reports and handle client inquiries in a professional manner. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, or related fields. At least 5 years' experience in a money lender licensed company, with hands‑on operation in different loans products; familiar with the full loan product cycle. In‑depth understanding of corporate and personal loan businesses. Experience in virtual assets or securities is an advantage. Strong communication and analytical skills, proficient in English and Chinese, and ability to work independently. Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Assistant Manager position.
