We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Wealth and Personal Banking Executive. Principal Responsibilities In this role you will Provide quality services and resolve our top tier customers’ queries efficiently using insights from our innovative technology and solutions Work closely with our top tier customers, understand their needs and recommend appropriate financial services and solutions Achieve individual performance expectation, develop your career with a clear progression path Benefit from extensive training, learning opportunities, support from your peers and managers and exposure to a wide variety of financial products, services and technologies Qualifications - Internal To be successful you will need A holder of High Diploma, equivalent or above Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin and ability to read and write in Chinese and English Banking experience is not essential. We will provide comprehensive training to help you progress in your career and gain your professional licensing qualifications Candidate with customer service experience is preferred License holder of HKSI 1,7,8 or IIQE 1, 2, 3 is preferred The employment is subject to Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (MRCS) as per regulatory requirement.
