About Our Client HSBC’s Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) provides customers with borderless banking and world-class wealth management through best-in-class, mobile-first capabilities and exceptional people. What you'll be doing? Provide quality services: Resolve top tier customers' queries efficiently using insights from our innovative technology and solutions. Understand customer needs: Work closely with top tier customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate financial services and solutions. Achieve performance expectations: Meet individual performance expectations and develop your career with a clear progression path. Exposure to financial products: Gain exposure to a wide variety of financial products, services, and technologies. Who are they looking for? Qualifications: A holder of a High Diploma, equivalent, or above. Language proficiency: Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English are required to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. Customer service experience: Candidates with customer service experience, and a license holder of HKSI 1, 7, 8 or IIQE 1, 2, 3, will be considered for a Senior Wealth & Personal Banking Executive role.
