Job requirements A minimum of 10 years’ experience in sponsor coverage or leveraged buyout environments within major financial institutions or equivalent settings. Demonstrated success working with global investors to structure and deliver complex financing solutions such as acquisition finance or structured finance products. Proven leadership capabilities with a history of guiding teams towards shared objectives while nurturing talent within inclusive environments. Extensive private equity experience specifically within East Asia markets, providing deep insights into local dynamics and investor expectations. A collaborative mindset paired with entrepreneurial thinking; you excel at bringing together diverse groups to achieve common goals efficiently. Exceptional communication skills enabling you to influence stakeholders at all levels—internally across departments as well as externally with clients. Comprehensive understanding of credit analysis methodologies coupled with practical knowledge of current financing trends in Asian markets.
