Responsibilities Manages and leads the execution of IPO sponsor, FA, IFA and other corporate finance transactions, including project management/coordination, due diligence and project execution. Play a key role in deal screening and due diligence processes, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and procedures. Act as the primary liaison with the risk department, assessing issues related to listing applications in IPO sponsor transactions. Review various documents including prospectus, accountants’ reports, reorganization memos, legal opinions, listing application documents, forecasts, and financial models. Supervises the project team; and provides guidance and support to junior staff. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, ECM, legal advisors, and co-sponsoring parties. Engage with regulatory bodies such as the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the SFC, managing feedback, timelines, and project logistics. Requirements University degree or above in accounting or finance with professional qualifications (i.e. CPA/CFA) is preferred. SFC registered Responsible Officer (RO) for Type 6 regulated activities with Sponsor Principal qualification is required. Independent, proactive, responsible, a good team player and willing to travel. Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
