(Asso/ Snr) Technical Services Engineer (12-mth contract; Fresh Grads Welcome) Responsibilities Medical device installation, maintenance and trouble‑shooting in different hospitals, clinics, patient home or technical service centre Handle inquiries, provide technical advice and consultation to customers Prepare technical specification document, service quotation and post service reports to customers Achieve all technical service performance objectives / indicators Support and assist sales and marketing team for any business issues technically Perform ad‑hoc assignment when necessary Requirements Higher Diploma or above in Biomedical Engineering/ Electronic and Electrical Engineering or related field. 2 years’ experience as a field service engineer or equivalent. Experience in the medical device / healthcare industry especially large medical devices such as x-ray equipment & Robot is highly preferred. Experience in integrating medical devices into hospital network will be considered an advantage. Fresh graduated or less experience candidate is also welcomed for Associate Technical Services Engineer. Candidate with more relevant experience may be considered for position of Senior Technical Services Engineer. Ability to work autonomously and a team player, with a drive and determination to succeed. Good safety awareness. Willing to travel to Macau and OT occasionally.
