Audio-Visual Sales Manager – Hong Kong We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audio-Visual Sales Manager to join our Hong Kong team. The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise throughout the sales process, architect tailored client solutions, and lead the sales team to close deals and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in technology services. Collaborate with the pre‑sales team and internal teams, including technology and operations, to develop and create compelling solutions aligned with customer requirements. Achieve individual revenue targets. Provide expert guidance and technical knowledge during the sales process by assessing client needs and recommending appropriate technology solutions. Act as a subject matter expert, explaining the features and benefits of the company’s technology services. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes. Professional Skills & Abilities Strategic planning, sales forecasting, and business development expertise. Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to drive results. Exceptional negotiation and contract management capabilities. Advanced communication and presentation skills for executive‑level engagement. Technical understanding of AV solutions, including system integration, control systems, conferencing, and digital signage. Ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies. Fluency in written and spoken English. Excellent cross‑cultural communication skills, including formal and informal presentations, listening ability, and the effective & proactive escalation of issues. Excellent self‑organisational skills. Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work under deadline pressure. Qualifications 5+ years of business development or sales experience.
