Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan. Build and nurture relationships with referral partners, including project management companies and contractors. Attend industry events and engage actively to promote company offerings. Communicate a consistent message about the company’s values and services. Provide regular reports to directors on relationship-building and event participation metrics. Maintain accurate data in the company’s CRM system. Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads and conversion into business. Collaborate with sales, production, and administration teams to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and relevant technologies. Focus on developing new business opportunities rather than managing inbound leads. Job Requirements Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Strong cross-cultural communication skills, including effective presentation and listening abilities. Excellent self-organization and time management skills. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure. Ability to simplify complex solutions for diverse audiences. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales. Experience in selling technology solutions to financial clients is advantageous but not mandatory.
