We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Officer - Administration to support the smooth operation of our office and facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and facilities management tasks, ensuring an efficient and well-organized working environment. Key Responsibilities Responsible for full spectrum of facilities management and office administration services including but not limited to office security and access control system, tenancy management, renovation, tele-communication management, and documents delivery services etc Fleet management including procurement of vehicle, renewal of vehicle insurance and license, maintenance & repair etc Liaise with landlord, building management office, contractors, suppliers and other relevant parties on all facilities management and leasehold improvement works Evaluate and implement improvement plans with cost effective solutions to enhance office management service and shared facilities Assist the department in organizing staff activities as and when required Requirements Diploma or above in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related discipline Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in office administration or facilities management Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems Interested parties please send a full resume stating your current and expected salary with a contact number to or click “Quick apply” above.
