The person will manage relationships with prospective clients and distributors to grow assets under management. Supporting Hong Kong intermediary business with primary focus on consumer channels and private banks Establish strong relationships with distributors and identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets Develop understanding of intermediary landscape, distributor profiles and requirements Develop and implement sales strategies with distributors and support the fund launch campaign Manage all aspects of client enquiries and provide quality account service Prepare and conduct product presentations to clients and investors Work closely with client portfolio managers and investment teams; develop and articulate investment solutions to clients Coordinate client events and fund launch campaigns with client service, product and marketing teams Contribute to team’s business goals and collaborate with other regional teams on global and regional accounts Experience / Qualifications 8 years of working experience in intermediary business within the asset management industry Proven record in asset raising and account management with distributors Pro-active and self-motivated to support the business Excellent communication skills including fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin Team player with strong ability to develop working relationships with colleagues across the business Bachelor’s Degree required, major in finance/CFA is preferred SFC License type 1 Eastspring is an equal opportunity employer.
