Training Administration Officer (1-Year Contract) AXA Hong Kong and Macau, part of the AXA Group, offers integrated solutions across Life, Health and General Insurance. This role supports the AXA Academy by handling daily training administration, receptionist duties and office support. Responsibilities: Perform receptionist functions. Maintain the professional image of AXA Academy. Maintain the room booking system and ensure all rooms are well prepared for use. Monitor the smooth operation of cash registers. Handle daily training administration, including training & examination enrollment, attendance checking, materials preparation and training record updating. Provide office support services and perform administrative duties as required. Qualifications: Diploma or above in any discipline with relevant working experience; fresh graduates will also be considered. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work under pressure and self‑motivated. Strong command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
