Overview The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for supply chain management to achieve cost and delivery improvement for products produced from China suppliers. The candidate is expected to have good industry knowledge and experience in order to drive and manage suppliers on related activities. Responsibilities Engage in New Project Development (NPD), ECR projects or strategic partner projects – managing RFQ process with suppliers and PMs. Review and monitor component cost with involvement support from Component Sourcing Manager. Product cost and tooling cost analysis. Review supplier quotations and drive for cost saving. Communicate effectively with cross functional teams – especially in area of quotations, pricings, business awards, supply chain support of materials flows among suppliers, etc. Drive process improvement in RFQ through value engineering. Responsible for costing analysis, especially in mechanical part cost breakdown from materials and value-added costs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in business Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain / procurement Strong data analytical & negotiation skills Mechanical parts cost analysis skill is preferred Product costing experience is an advantage Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) Good command of written & spoken English and Putonghua Strong sense of urgency and awareness, as well as results oriented Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also a team player Ability to travel in country and outside of country as required InVue Security Products, Inc is an Equal Opportunity employer.
