Assistant Procurement Analyst

Job Overview Responsible for initiating and implementing various analysis over purchasing operation, primarily focusing on cost control and efficiency enhancement Responsible for price checking, handling purchase order processing, filling of purchasing orders and invoices Maintain regular communication with suppliers and assist for daily operation Follow current policy and establish preferred suppliers list Involve in sourcing projects that covering a wide variety e.g. system deployment, improve local purchasing process, developing purchasing KPI and driving for procurement savings, which meet the overall business objectives in terms of the deliverables and timeline. Be a business partner to all areas of the business including but not exclusive to: clients, suppliers, site leaders, operations, purchasing and technical service Support in preparing and conducting RFP / RFQ and perform data collection and analysis Translate the strategic into operation procedure, user guideline, and perform communication to internal stakeholders Continuous measure the deliverables, including but not limited to the productivities and efficiency enhancement, as well as financial savings Responsibilities Initiating and implementing various analysis over purchasing operation, primarily focusing on cost control and efficiency enhancement Price checking, handling purchase order processing, filling of purchasing orders and invoices Maintaining regular communication with suppliers and assisting for daily operation Following current policy and establishing preferred suppliers list Involving in sourcing projects covering a wide variety e.g. system deployment, improving local purchasing process, developing purchasing KPI and driving for procurement savings meeting overall business objectives in terms of deliverables and timeline Being a business partner to all areas of the business including but not exclusive to clients, suppliers, site leaders, operations, purchasing and technical service Supporting in preparing and conducting RFP / RFQ and performing data collection and analysis Translating the strategic into operation procedure, user guideline, and performing communication to internal stakeholders Measuring continuously the deliverables, including but not limited to productivities and efficiency enhancement, as well as financial savings Qualifications Certificate or Degree holder of any discipline, preferably in Chemistry / Engineering / Statistics / Procurement / Supply Chain Management At least 3 year solid experience in a related field, with MNC experience preferred Good command of written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese with good presentation skills Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and experience with ERP / SAP Strong Analytical Skills and Results Oriented Immediate availability is highly preferred Candidate with less experience will be considered as Procurement Assistant Fresh Graduates will be considered Benefits Double Pay, Performance Bonus 5-day Work Week Public Holiday, Annual Leave, Marriage Leave, Maternity Leave & Paternity Leave Life & Medical Insurance Benefits Mandatory Provident Fund Contribution Application Method We offer competitive salary and benefits to the right candidate.
