Assistant Procurement Analyst

Job Overview Responsible for initiating and implementing various analysis over purchasing operation, primarily focusing on cost control and efficiency enhancement Responsible for price checking, handling purchase order processing, filling of purchasing orders and invoices Maintain regular communication with suppliers and assist for daily operation Follow current policy and establish preferred suppliers list Involve in sourcing projects that covering a wide variety e.g. system deployment, improve local purchasing process, developing purchasing KPI and driving for procurement savings, which meet the overall business objectives in terms of the deliverables and timeline.
