IT Business & Data Analyst Position: Data Analyst within organization, dual role: data analysis, office IT support, and AI solutions development. Responsibilities Market and Sales Analysis: analyze sales performance, product data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities, and provide insights on pricing, product strategies, and inventory management. Customer Insights & Behavior: analyze customer data to uncover purchasing patterns, preferences, and behaviors; develop segmentation strategies to enhance marketing campaigns and personalize experiences. Reporting & Visualization: develop and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs across sales, marketing, and operations; present data‑driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Office IT Support: provide IT assistance to staff (troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues), manage office equipment setup and maintenance, ensure security, backups, and updates, and coordinate with external providers for advanced support. AI Program Development: develop and implement simple AI tools/scripts for automation (sales forecasting, segmentation, inventory optimization), collaborate to identify AI‑friendly processes, and maintain and update AI tools. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in a data analysis role, with exposure to IT support or AI development; experience in fashion retail highly preferable. Energetic, initiative‑driven, self‑motivated; able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, strict timelines, and prioritize effectively. Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking abilities. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI); proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
