HR & Administration Manager

Our client is a leading Beauty Treatment Company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy: HR & Administration Manager RESPONSIBILITIES Provide comprehensive HR services including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, monthly payroll, MPF, benefits management, performance evaluation, training and development, employee relations, and internal communication; Provide in-house training and development to both new and existing employees; Focus on recruitment and selection; Oversee the monthly payroll function; Perform full spectrum of office administrative operations and functions, including but not limited to office, equipment maintenance, insurance and licenses renewal, office procurement; Review and implement administrative procedures and policies; Plan and organize staff activities and company events; Liaise with internal and external parties; Handle other ad-hoc projects assigned by the management. REQUIREMENTS Degree holder or above inhuman resources management, Business Management or related discipline; Over 5 years relevant experience with 3 years inmanagerial position; Solid experience in handling administration and operation duties; Strong communication, interpersonal & problem solving skills; Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin; Immediate available is preferred.
