Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily administration and assisting the sales team in handling daily administrative affairs, including document sorting, data entry, order processing, etc.
- Responsible for sorting and updating customer information to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information.
- Assist in preparing sales contracts (if any), quotations, invoices, and other related documents.
Follow up on customer order status, coordinate logistics and warehouse departments to ensure timely delivery of orders. - Handle customer inquiries and after-sales service related matters to improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist the sales team in statistics and analysis of sales data and generate relevant reports.
- Maintain a clean office environment and ensure the normal operation of equipment.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
- Able to communicate in three languages (Mandarin, English, Malay).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Familiar with SQL system.
- Meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, good time management skills.
- Have a team spirit and be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Able to accept short-term business trips to JB.
