Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily administration and assisting the sales team in handling daily administrative affairs, including document sorting, data entry, order processing, etc.
  • Responsible for sorting and updating customer information to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Assist in preparing sales contracts (if any), quotations, invoices, and other related documents.
    Follow up on customer order status, coordinate logistics and warehouse departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Handle customer inquiries and after-sales service related matters to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the sales team in statistics and analysis of sales data and generate relevant reports.
  • Maintain a clean office environment and ensure the normal operation of equipment.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

  • Able to communicate in three languages (Mandarin, English, Malay).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Familiar with SQL system.
  • Meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, good time management skills.
  • Have a team spirit and be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Able to accept short-term business trips to JB.
