About the Role: This is a critical relationship role for a polished and strategic professional. You will be the primary guardian of our most valued client partnerships in Hong Kong, ensuring the delivery of flawless, high-touch service and identifying opportunities for strategic growth within these prestigious accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a dedicated portfolio of high-value, prestige clients in Hong Kong. Develop and implement strategic account plans to ensure client retention, maximize service penetration, and identify new revenue opportunities. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their unique security and logistical needs. Collaborate closely with operational and security teams to oversee the flawless planning and execution of all client assignments. Proactively manage client communications, provide regular performance reviews, and address any inquiries or concerns with urgency and professionalism. Analyze account performance and market trends to anticipate client needs and present innovative service solutions. Ensure all client interactions and service deliveries adhere to the company's stringent security protocols and confidentiality standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in key account management, client services, or a related role, preferably within logistics, security services, banking, or luxury goods. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing high-value B2B client portfolios. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with C-level executives. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a high‑stakes environment. Discretion and a deep understanding of the importance of confidentiality are non‑negotiable. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required; Mandarin is a strong advantage. Immediate availability is highly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
