Looking for you to join our team… We are seeking a Merchant Partnership person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with our merchant partners, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication. Key Responsibilities Merchant Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned merchants, addressing enquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Maintain regular communication with merchants, keeping them informed about updates, promotions, and any relevant information. Manage a team of 2 to handle all forms of merchant/offer administration, including merchant onboarding, contract management, content creation, and campaign management. Collaborate with the Merchant team to source and facilitate the onboarding process for new merchants. Assist in creating and updating merchant profiles, product descriptions, and promotional content. Coordinate with internal teams, especially marketing/communications, to schedule and execute appropriate promotional campaigns for merchant offerings. Build the merchant network to be a key valuable asset for Total Loyalty Company, incorporating merchants/suppliers for all services provided by TLC. Coordinate and assist with special projects or initiatives related to merchant partnerships as needed. Desired Qualifications Previous experience in coordinating merchant or vendor relationships highly favoured – e.g. working with group buying websites/programs, sourcing credit card offers, etc. High Diploma or above in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build both internal and external relationships. A good team player who is responsible, independent, willing to learn, and accepts challenges. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Immediately available (preferred). 5‑day work per week.
