What This Job Can Offer You: This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as an Outbound Sales Development Representative , joining our Sales team. What You Bring Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (Knowledge of Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chorus is a plus). Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company. Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence. Able to think strategically and tactically; remains positive in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure. Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals; self‑starter, proactive, and brings new ideas to the team. Extremely self‑motivated with a diligent work ethic. Demonstrated success in the key responsibilities listed below. Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken). Remote experience is not required but considered a plus. Key Responsibilities Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries. Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for Account Executives. Clearly communicate Remote’s value propositions to prospects and learn about their needs to assess fit. Support the Account Executive team as needed. Educate and develop prospects leading to hand‑off to sales teams. Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts. Cold‑call prospects generated from a variety of outside sources. Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to begin the sales cycle. Practicals Direct report: Senior/Manager, Outbound Sales Development. Remote Compensation Philosophy Remote’s Total Rewards philosophy is to ensure fair, unbiased compensation and fair equity pay along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate. We pay above in‑location rates to avoid cheap‑labor practices and support global talent hiring. The On‑Target Earnings for this position are between $31,500 USD and $79,840 USD. The base salary is 70% of the OTE. The actual base pay will depend on location, transferable skills, experience, and market demand and may be subject to change.
