Who we’re looking for A highly enthusiastic, creative, and self‑motivated event specialist to join Total Loyalty Company. We are seeking a person to help manage our signature Office Marketplace events, being pop‑up multi‑merchant sale days onsite at our client offices. The person we seek should have specific experience in coordinating such events from vendor sourcing to on‑day logistics management. You should be passionate about achieving excellence in event service and committed to providing superior event coordination and logistics management support. What you will be doing Be part of the events team to generate new ideas and design events for clients; participate in brainstorming meetings to unleash your creativity. Support the TLC events team for event planning and logistics, in particular our Office Marketplace event series. Arrange and negotiate with participating merchants, arrange on‑day logistics, and create the atmosphere of a vibrant market at each event. Continually develop this signature event to elevate and maintain its stand‑out position in the market. Communicate with related parties internally and externally to ensure the smooth running of the events. Support event administration and paperwork. Perform ad‑hoc work or projects as necessary. Who are you Diploma or above in Event Management, Marketing or Business Administration. A team player who is responsible, independent, willing to learn and accept challenges. Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills. Good command in both written and verbal English and Chinese. Able to work independently in a fast‑paced working environment under pressure. Proficient PC knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word). Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
