Commercial Director, Consumer Healthcare We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Director to lead our Sales & Marketing teams across multiple markets in Asia. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving growth and market share for our client. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing within the consumer healthcare sector, with expertise in building both retail and professional channels. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing teams across multiple markets to achieve commercial targets and business growth. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence for the brands Drive sales performance through effective channel management, including FMCG retail and professional healthcare channels (e.g., clinics, pharmacies). Identify new market opportunities and oversee the launch of new products and initiatives. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, healthcare professionals, and internal teams. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategy and decision-making. Manage budgets and resources to maximize ROI and ensure efficient execution of commercial plans. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-performing commercial organization. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing roles within the consumer healthcare industry (Oral Care, Nutrition, Vision Care, OTC). Proven leadership experience managing multi-market teams. Strong background in both FMCG and professional healthcare channels. Demonstrated success in delivering commercial results and driving market growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability.
