Manage ticketing operations for events by acting as the key point of contact for the assigned event organizers and venue partners Liaise with event organizers and venues partners regarding all ticketing matters to ensure satisfaction of clients by providing sufficient and clear information Build events into the ticketing system and upload event information onto HK Ticketing’s online ticketing platform Liaise with event organisers and venue partners for the arrangements of ticket sales for public on-sale day Create and distribute ticket sales reports to relevant parties Handles customers’ complaints tactfully and in a polite manner and maintains a professional and amicable image Performs other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor Requirements Diploma or above in entertainment management, tourism, hospitality management or other related fields is preferred Minimum 3 years’ experience in ticketing, OTAs, customer service, client servicing or other related industry is preferred Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient Mandarin would be advantageous Good communication & interpersonal skills; be able to maintain a good relationship with clients and customers Ability to solve problems and perform multi-tasking Ability to work under pressure and independently Detailed-oriented and attentive to details Shift duty may be required Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Hong Kong?
