(This is a fixed‑term contract position of 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.) WestK is one of the largest and most ambitious cultural hubs in the world and Hong Kong’s new cultural tourism landmark, spanning 40 hectares alongside Victoria Harbour. It comprises landmark arts and cultural facilities, including world‑class museums M+ and the Hong Kong Palace Museum, intricately designed performing arts venues such as the Xiqu Centre and Freespace, the 11‑hectare Art Park with a waterfront promenade, and the upcoming WestK Performing Arts Centre. Responsibilities Support the Manager in overseeing special events in performing arts venues. Host meetings on behalf of the Venue Operations team regarding events. Handle all tour requests from planning, logistics, communication, and execution. Coordinate with internal partners – Artistic, Technical, Production, Facilities Management, District Safety and Security, and other departments – for venue operation logistics. Manage and communicate with frontline team members, including casual labour. Manage and communicate with external event operators and vendors. Provide administrative support for expenses, budget consolidation, materials delivery, vendor sourcing, and licensing. Plan and manage ticketing services, enquiry hotlines, F&B catering, signage, and guest flow support for special events. Support the daily operation of performing arts venues as requested. Perform any duties reasonably assigned by the Authority from time to time. Qualifications Possess a recognised university degree in hospitality, tourism, performing arts or an equivalent field. Have 4–5 years of relevant experience in special events, venue operations within performing venues, tourism, and/or hospitality sectors. Have good knowledge of front‑of‑house operation and event operations. Be service‑oriented with professional customer‑service skills and a positive service attitude. Possess good analytical and numerical skills. Be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
