The Assistant Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of trade marketing strategy and operations within the Hong Kong market. Responsibilities Work closely with Brand team and Sales team to ensure brand strategy & category insights are well translated into trade plan and well executed at trade level, including 4Ps. Manage new product launch, including pre-campaign planning & post-campaign evaluation. Conduct market research and data analysis, competitor and consumer trend, draw insights and propose business actions. Formulate trade marketing strategy, lead through the execution of plans & activities including promotion planning, development of trade POSM, premium, demo, etc. Manage trade spend and A&CP by ongoing ROI evaluation on each pricing & trade promotions to make sure all the spendings are spent efficiently and as per planned. Perform any ad hoc duties as required. Requirements Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline. A minimum of 5 years' experience in trade marketing or relevant segment. Experience gained from FMCG industry is a definitely advantage. Good presentation & project management with strong business & numerical sense. Self-motivated, creative, excellent communication skills and good team player. Result-oriented and independent. Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin and Cantonese. #J-18808-Ljbffr
