Responsibilities Lead trade marketing plans and NPD launches for assigned segments. Manage POSM and promotional materials from concept to execution. Ensure efficient budget use and own P&L of assigned segments. Analyze market data and provide strategic insights. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance for execution excellence. Support annual planning and performance reviews. Perform ad hoc tasks as needed. Drive performance in a competitive and fast‑paced FMCG environment. Balance multiple projects at different stages with multiple parties and under tight timelines. Balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution. Qualifications Educated to Bachelors degree level. 3–5+ years of experience in FMCG or consumer retail trade marketing or related roles. Proven experience in managing product categories and trade campaigns. Experience with P&L management and cross‑functional coordination is preferred. Strong Excel skills and analytical capabilities. Strategic thinker with planning and execution experience. Excellent communication skills and cross‑functional collaboration. Independent, proactive, and results‑driven.
