We are seeking a sharp, analytical, and results-obsessed Digital Marketing Associate to become the cornerstone of our performance marketing efforts. The Role: This is a pivotal role for a digital native who lives and breathes data. You will be responsible for building, managing, analyzing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns for our luxury clients. You will translate beautiful, creative work into measurable business results, providing the data-backed intelligence that informs our entire strategic process. You will report directly to the Founder and work closely with the strategy and creative teams. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Build, launch, and manage end-to-end performance campaigns across Google Analytics, Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), and Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram Ads), ensuring they align with client objectives and luxury brand standards. Data Analysis & Reporting: Serve as the agency's expert on Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other analytics platforms. Develop and present clear, insightful performance dashboards and reports that tell a story, not just list numbers. SEO Strategy & Execution: Conduct comprehensive technical and content SEO audits. Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic for our clients. Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize for KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, engagement rate, and lead quality. Strategic Collaboration: Work with the strategy team to define digital KPIs for client campaigns and with the creative team to ensure all assets are optimized for performance and platform best practices. Who You Are: You have 2-4 years of hands‑on experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within an agency or a luxury/e‑commerce brand. Technical Expert: You are highly proficient and have proven success with: Google Ads (Certification preferred) Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager (Certification preferred) Google Analytics 4 (Certification preferred) SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and techniques Data-Driven Mindset: You don't just report data; you interrogate it. You are passionate about finding the "why" behind the numbers and turning insights into actionable strategies. Luxury Sensibility: You understand the nuances of marketing high-value products and services and how to build desire without being overly salesy. Proactive & Solution-Oriented: You are a self-starter who identifies opportunities and challenges before being asked and brings potential solutions to the table. A Stellar Communicator: You can clearly and confidently explain complex data and strategies to non‑technical clients and team members. Fluency in English is required; Cantonese or Mandarin is a significant advantage.
