For more information about the University, please visit Major Duties And Responsibilities Providing leadership for the planning, implementation and maintenance of the University’s Student Information Systems as well as related service and applications; Overseeing system integration, data quality and process optimization to ensure efficient and effective information flow across academic schools and administrative offices; Collaborating with stakeholders to analyse needs, translate them into system requirements to meet the current and future needs of the University; Managing system upgrades, tenders, vendor relationships and project delivery to meet defined timelines and quality standards; Supervising an information system team to implement, develop, enhance and maintain ERP as well as other application systems of the University; and Performing any other duties as assigned. Candidates A recognized degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related disciplines; Substantial knowledge and experience in Oracle/PeopleSoft development platform and technical infrastructure, mobile application development, AI implementation, web content management as well as hands‑on experience in the implementation of student administration/ERP systems and Web Portal, preferably with managerial experience in tertiary institutions; Solid and extensive experience in web/application/database server administration and configuration is desirable; Profound leadership, independent and proactive with good analytical and problem‑solving skills; and Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficient in both English & Chinese.
