This is a strategic role where you'll architect risk frameworks, drive organizational awareness, and champion best practices in a dynamic setting. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage the operational and technology risk framework; ensure compliance with bank policies and conduct comprehensive risk assessments across all business units. Produce insightful risk assessment reports and present findings to senior management and governance committees, enabling critical business decisions. Pinpoint operational vulnerabilities and establish corrective action plans; monitor progress to resolve control gaps systematically. Create and deliver targeted training initiatives that boost team capabilities in technology and operational risk management. Partner with business functions to establish and enforce effective controls that safeguard against operational losses and incidents. Advise on emerging products, services, and processes from an operational risk perspective, strengthening the bank's overall risk posture. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or equivalent discipline. Minimum 5 years' professional experience in financial services, with substantial focus on technology risk management or internal audit. ECF Cybersecurity certification (accredited by HKIB) is highly preferred. Deep knowledge of banking operations, products, systems, and operational/technology risk management frameworks. Self-driven, meticulous, and capable of maintaining quality under demanding circumstances. Demonstrated success in project management and delivering complex organizational initiatives. Effective collaborator with strong cross-functional influence and personal accountability. Fluent in both Chinese and English, written and verbal; proficient in Microsoft Office.
