Senior Manager, Operational Risk Management Apply for the Senior Manager, Operational Risk Management role at CLSA. Responsibilities Identification of operational loss events through analysis of company data; escalation of events or patterns within the ORM team and to CRO. Assist in Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management activities for the CLSA group. Prepare key risk indicator reports distributed to management using a wide variety of company data sources. Assist in annual organizational risk & control self‑assessment program (CSOX); work with business units to identify risks, controls, develop test cases, implement action plans, and report progress. Investigate significant operational and technology risk events (financial, reputational, regulatory impact). Manage policy exceptions approval/renewal process. Coordinate technology risk assessment, planning, coordination and communication with key IT stakeholders. Review key risks and controls, track mitigation plans, ensure follow up and closure of action items. Liaise with CITICS Operational Risk Management team. Advising first line of defense in operational and technology risk related matters. Governance and oversight of End User Computing tools across the group. Additional Development Activities Review key organizational products and projects across CLSA to maintain a robust control framework. Review ORM and TRM policies and training. Implement ORM and TRM framework to newly established/joined departments and offices. Represent ORM and TRM in governance meetings and working groups. Qualifications At least 5 years’ experience in an Operational Risk role with 2-3 years in Technology Risk Assessment / control testing. Previous work experience in Operational/Technology Risk consulting (Big 4 audit – PWC, KPMG, Deloitte, E&Y) or financial services institutions. Preferred but not mandatory CISA CRISC. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; liaise with senior management. Excellent project planning and time management; proactive, diligent, detail‑minded. Excellent written and spoken English; competent in written Chinese and spoken Mandarin preferred. Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline. Proficient in Excel / Macro / SQL / Python; advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
