Job Summary Senior Manager, Product Management – DKSH Oversee and lead the development of marketing plans, budgets, product communication, promotion activation, and reporting to achieve business objectives. General Responsibilities Develop marketing strategies for the product line and execute marketing programs to achieve agreed financial and non‑financial goals for Hong Kong. Manage administrative work, develop forecasts, and oversee stock inventory. Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing programs. Control A&P budgets for assigned projects. Develop and engage key opinion leaders in relevant therapeutic areas. Create product materials and conduct product trainings for the sales team. Initiate and grow business with existing and new clients through rapport‑based communication and regular business reviews. Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to support business growth. Functional Skills and Knowledge 7+ years of sales and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Sound knowledge of industry, market, competitors, and customers. Highly self‑driven with strong leadership skills to achieve goals. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
