(Senior) Product Manager

Leading telecom carrier and IT solutions company Job Description Candidates with various experience level will be considered as Senior Product Manager, Product Manager or Assistant Product Manager. Responsibilities Overall product/platform development on Video Surveillance solutions and management including service/product planning, service creation, product commercialization and product lifecycle management Manage vendors, liaise with business partners, and formulate strategies for service/product positioning and pricing, end-to-end service provisioning workflow. Business planning, go-to-market execution and performance tracking of new products/services, managing product development process to ensure usability and marketability of the services, and channel communication. Regularly obtain latest technologies & applications development to enrich the overall service/solutions. Responsibilities Overall product development on IP Surveillance solutions and management including new idea generation, product planning, business case formulation and product commercialization. Manage vendors, liaise with business partners, conduct research, formulate strategies for product positioning and pricing to ensure usability and profitability. Business planning, execution and performance tracking of new products/services, managing product development process to ensure usability and marketability of the services, and channel communication. Develop mechanism to obtain feedback from customers to enhance solution features and maintain the growth of the products/services. Responsibilities Overall product & marketing management including new idea generation, business case formulation and product commercialization. On product side, he/she is responsible to manage vendors, liaise with business partners, conduct research, formulate strategies for product positioning and pricing to ensure usability and profitability. On marketing side, he/she needs to strengthen market awareness of HKT's solutions and value proposition, manage marketing events, like seminars, workshops as well as work out the marketing programs. Developing and marketing the HKT differentiating values on top of the vendor products. Preparing business case and implementation plan for new products/services, managing product development process to ensure usability and marketability of the service. Providing product and vendor intelligence to the sales and SA teams Job Requirements Requirements University graduate in Telecommunication, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline 10 years’ product management in Surveillance products/solutions/system design Relevant experience/knowledge in the following areas: IP Camera, Video Management System and Video Analytics, VSaaS development/operation, Video-centrix Artificial Intelligence, IoT technologies and applications Self-initiated, highly motivated, meticulous and result-oriented Good negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English Requirements University graduate in Telecommunication, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline 7 years’ product management and marketing experiences in Surveillance products/solutions Relevant experience/knowledge in the following areas: IP Camera, Video Management System and Video Analytics, VSaaS Self-initiated, highly motivated, meticulous and result-oriented Good negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English Requirements Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines Minimum 8 years’ product management and marketing experiences in IT infrastructure products/solutions Solid field experience in computer room facilities solution, e.g. UPS, CRAC as well as networking products, such as router / switch and firewall Knowledge in the latest trend of IT, e.g. Digitalization, Software Defined Network, Cyber Security Knowledge of the business case and profitability analysis Self-initiated, highly motivated, meticulous and result-oriented Good negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills Good common of both spoken and written Chinese and English #J-18808-Ljbffr
