(Senior) Human Resources Executive/Assistant Manager

5-day work, 14 days AL, Medical & Dental, near Kwai Hing MTR station Responsibilities Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Facilitate effective and efficient recruitment channels and manage vendor relationships. Visa application and expat onboarding. Support group medical insurance renewal, MPF schemes, and annual audits to ensure compliance with the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance. Support on HR system e.g. payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement including tax reporting for expats and system enhancement. Ensure the information update for performance management system, facilitate the performance review meeting. Lead and manage the HR project with PDCA and regular reporting. Attend and follow up the global HR project call. Requirements Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management in Information Technology, Psychology, Translation, Computer Science or related disciplines. 5 years or above relevant working experience in recruitment, C&B or HRIS implementation will be an advantage. Solid experience for job grading review, set up and job evaluation; or Solid experience for HRIS implementation and system enhancement. Sound knowledge on Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other Hong Kong related legislations. Fluent in spoken and written English (e.g. IELTS 6.5 or above) with good presentation and communication skill. Advance level in MS office applications, Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Able to deliver quality work with high accuracy. Self-driven, positive mindset, with passion to change and take responsibility.
