Responsibilities:
  • Assist the engineering team in the preparation and submission of statutory documents
  • Responsible for coordinating, consolidating and accuracy checking of the submission documents
  • Managing and updating of the document / submission registers
  • Administrative tasks including letter drafting, photocopying, scanning, submission logistic arrangement
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Line Manager
  • Occasional support in documents submission and delivery to Building Department / Client offices
Requirements:
  • Diploma Holder or above in any disciplines
  • Previous work experience in the construction / engineering sector would be an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Be self-motivated with good coordination and interpersonal skills
  • Immediate Available would be an advantage
