The role involves understanding client needs, coordinating services, and acting as a liaison between clients and the technical teams. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their IT needs and ensuring satisfaction. Solution Development : Collaborate with clients to identify their requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions. Project Coordination : Oversee the implementation of IT services and solutions, coordinating with technical teams to ensure timely delivery. Account Growth : Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling IT services to existing clients. Performance Tracking : Monitor account performance and client feedback, providing regular updates to management. Contract Management : Assist in contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring compliance with service agreements. Technical Knowledge : Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients. Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience : Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service in the IT industry. Technical Skills : Solid understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, and networking solutions. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients. Interpersonal Skills : Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused mindset. Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze client data and feedback to drive improvements and make strategic recommendations.
