Assistant Manager (IT Systems and Reports), Finance Office (710) Tung Wah College (TWC) is a self‑financing degree‑granting institution established by the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals in 2010 under the Post Secondary Colleges Ordinance. It offers a range of accredited programs in health sciences, early childhood education, and business, serving over 4,000 students. Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible for representing the Finance Office in supporting the implementation and maintenance of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and IT systems and reports of the College. Main duties of the post will include: Managing the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of ERP and finance systems, including analyzing and documenting business requirements, drafting functional specifications and workflow designs, validating system blueprints, assisting with System Implementation Test (SIT), conducting User Acceptance Test (UAT), and managing data migration processes to ensure projects are completed on schedule. Assisting the maintenance of systems configuration and master data in ERP and finance systems. Serving as the primary contact for the Finance Office and cross‑functional teams, collaborating with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Providing ongoing system operation support to finance teams and end‑users, conducting and following up stakeholder surveys, coordinating continuous system enhancements such as process streamlining, automation and report creation, and updating operation manuals. Providing regular updates on project status and incidents. Completing additional tasks as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications and Experience Hold a recognised bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology (IT) or a related discipline. Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, IT, process re‑engineering, project management or a related field, preferably in tertiary education institutions. Demonstrate solid experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP, with advanced familiarity with Student Information System and financial reporting tools. Experience or knowledge in automation solutions, programming (VBA/Python), AI, RPA and process re‑engineering is highly preferred. Possess a strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills to navigate complex financial systems and processes. Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, be self‑motivated, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Be proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
