Responsibilities Develop and execute localized brand strategies to enhance market share and brand identity. Lead business development initiatives, including site selection, market analysis, and launch planning for new store openings. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to align brand goals with business objectives. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Oversee day‑to‑day operations across multiple store locations, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and efficiency. Implement and monitor operational standards, including SOPs, inventory management, and cost control measures. Drive initiatives to improve customer experience, from service speed to ambience and staff behaviour. Utilize data and technology (e.g., inventory systems, CRM) to streamline operations and reduce waste. Manage the end‑to‑end process of store expansion, from feasibility studies and lease negotiations to pre‑opening operations. Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and budget‑compliant launch of new outlets. Ensure new store integrations align with brand guidelines and operational frameworks. Lead, mentor, and train operations and marketing teams to uphold brand standards and drive performance. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales, ROI, and customer satisfaction. Prepare regular updates for senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, operations, or business development within a chain F&B or hospitality setting in Hong Kong. Proven track record in managing multi‑store operations and leading successful store expansion projects. Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and performance monitoring. Excellent understanding of F&B operations, including supply chain management, quality control, and customer experience enhancement. Strategic thinker with exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills. Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment and drive results with minimal supervision. #J-18808-Ljbffr
