ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER – RESIDENTIAL LEASING Add expected salary to your profile for insights Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a multi-channel environment Strong language proficiency: English, Cantonese, and Mandarin are essential Solid understanding of marketing principles and campaign management Experience in social media management and content creation Knowledge of design tools or design principles is a plus Agency background is a plus Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners Responsibilities: Campaign Execution: Assist the Marketing Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels Social Media Management: Oversee and support the team in managing social media platforms, ensuring engaging content and consistent brand voice Design Oversight: Collaborate with designers to ensure creative assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives Partnerships: Support partnership initiatives, including identifying opportunities, coordinating with external partners, and managing deliverables Daily Marketing Operations: Prepare sales materials, organise photo assets, update website news, and handle other day-to-day marketing tasks to ensure smooth operations Public Relations: Assist in PR activities, including drafting press releases, coordinating media outreach, and supporting events Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to optimize future activities Good remuneration and attractive fringe benefits will be offered to the successful applicant.
