As an Assistant Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the leasing process for our residential properties, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities Assist the Leasing Manager in developing and implementing effective leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and rental rate targets Supervise and coordinate the activities of the leasing team, including leasing agents, customer service representatives, and administrative staff Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges Prepare detailed leasing reports and analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning Liaise with property management, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of leasing activities Provide training and mentorship to the leasing team to enhance their skills and performance Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction Participate in the recruitment, performance evaluation, and professional development of the leasing team Contribute to the continuous improvement of leasing processes, systems, and policies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 3-5 years of experience in residential leasing or property management, with an understanding of leasing principles, property management practices, and relevant local regulations. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants and handle challenging situations effectively. Exceptional organisational and administrative skills to manage lease documentation and ensure accuracy. Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining tenant satisfaction. Up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends, rental rates, and competitor analysis.
