Leasing Officer / Assistant (Residential / Commercial) A leading group of companies managing residential and commercial properties in the prime locations in HK. Requirements Higher Diploma or above in Property or related disciplines 1-2 years leasing experience for residential or commercial properties Experience in tenancy documentation, preferably in property developer Good knowledge in Landlord/Tenancy Ordinance and related regulations Self-initiative, energetic, team player with good interpersonal skills Familiar with MS Office such as Word, Excel, Chinese WP, Outlook etc Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin will be an asset Fresh Degree holder in related disciplines will also be considered Responsibilities Provide support on leasing procedures for new and existing tenancies Handle leasing matters and prepare tenancy agreements and offer letters Assist in new tenancy liaison, renewal negotiation and rental market analysis Support on handling tenants’ enquiries and take-over & handover coordination Update tenants’ information in the system and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned Benefits 5-day work / Double Pay / Incentive Bonus / Medical & Dental Insurance / Education Allowance Interested parties, please apply with full resume stating date of available, expected and last salary to All personal information will be treated strictly confidential and solely for recruitment purpose. #J-18808-Ljbffr
