Principal responsibilities Able to lead the team to complete the tasks within defined and challenging timeframes To ensure the delivery of the Cheque Clearing items to Hong Kong Interbank Clearing Limited before pre-set deadline before and after the implementation of full image truncation Plans and manages the implementation of the change, to ensure business benefits are realized and that the transition from current state to target state is smooth Control total number of operational loss and value. Effective manage risks and controls. Improve the customer experience through automation, standardization and exceptional service delivery Contributes to the motivation of staff Lead and effectively manage the team and 3rd party supplier even under exceptional situation Requirements A university graduate with degree in Business, IT, finance, or a related discipline with significant relevant experience including working as team leadership role Proven job knowledge on cheque related Proven experience of motivating the team to deliver exceptional performance and long terms results.
