End-to-End Business Coordination & Compliance Oversight: Oversee the full end-to-end food export process, including handling customer inquiries, quotation negotiations, order signing, stock preparation follow-up, and logistics arrangement. Strictly comply with Hong Kong’s Food Safety Ordinance, Trade Descriptions Ordinance, and food regulatory requirements of target markets; ensure export food labels are compliant and quarantine is qualified, complete the verification of essential documents such as certificates of origin, and guarantee efficient and smooth customs clearance. Customer & Channel Resource Management: Develop and maintain core customers in overseas markets and Mainland China, establishing long‑term and stable cooperative relationships. Deepen Hong Kong’s local distribution network and be familiar with the operation models of channels such as retail, catering, and hospitality. Regularly evaluate the quality of customer cooperation, optimize the customer structure, and reserve backup customer resources to reduce the risk of order interruption. Supply Chain & Cost Optimization: Collaborate with domestic and foreign food manufacturers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers; optimize logistics solutions and stock preparation cycles, and control the fresh‑keeping quality of food during transportation (especially for cold chain food). Accurately calculate export costs by leveraging preferential tariff policies under free trade agreements, and achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement through bulk order negotiations and logistics resource integration. Market & Risk Control: Continuously track international food consumption trends, policy changes in target markets (such as tariff adjustments and access standard updates), and competitor dynamics to provide a basis for product selection and strategy adjustment. Predict risks such as exchange rate fluctuations, policy changes, and food quality issues; formulate response plans and handle sudden problems such as order disputes and cargo damage claims. Team & Internal-External Collaboration: Establish food export business process specifications; coordinate with internal production, finance, and compliance departments to synchronize order progress and compliance requirements. Maintain external relationships with customs and quarantine authorities in Hong Kong and Mainland China to ensure the compliant advancement of business. Requirements Education & Major: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in International Trade, Food Science, Marketing, or related fields are preferred. Work Experience: At least 5 years of export experience in the food industry; experience in Hong Kong local food export or Guangdong‑Hong Kong cross‑border food trade is preferred. Experience in leading complete export projects and successful cases of developing overseas markets or securing large‑value orders is required. Core Skills Proficient in international trade terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) and skilled in handling full sets of export documents such as letters of credit (L/C) and certificates of origin; In‑depth understanding of cross‑border trade policies such as CEPA, and familiarity with food export compliance requirements and customs clearance processes; Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), capable of conducting business negotiations and document processing in these languages as working languages; Skilled in using Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis tools, with cost accounting and market analysis capabilities. Possess abundant customer resources and channel connections in the food industry, with strong market development and business negotiation capabilities; Strong ability to work under pressure, able to respond quickly and resolve sudden risks; adhere to professional ethics and compliance bottom lines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
