Property Management Company License No. C- Security Company License No. 1025 Job Requirements Practising member of either HKIH, CIH, HKIS (General Practice Division or Property and Facility Management Division), RICS (General Practice Division), or HMRB with at least 3 years of post‑qualification experience in property management in HK. Academic qualification preferably in Property Management or related disciplines. Holder of PMP (Tier 1) Licence preferred. Immediately available is definitely an advantage. Job Description Oversee the day‑to‑day management of the estate (security, maintenance, cleansing, procurement, amenities and facilities management, etc.). Provide quality services to client and residents/tenants as detailed in the Specification of the contract. Monitor and maintain a clean, hygienic, safe environment for the tenants. Identify areas requiring preventive or remedial actions in respect of cleansing, repairs and security, liaise with relevant parties and monitor the implementation of such actions. Liaise with Contract Administrator, councilors, concerned parties, residents/tenants. Build and maintain good relationships with clients, tenants etc., arrange community programmes and provide community services to promote community awareness and participation among the tenants. Provide fast and effective responses to and follow up on all complaints and enquiries received and irregularities found. Monitor effective front‑line tenancy management services of the estate. Effectively manage the collection of all revenue and payment of all other charges so as to ensure that the revenue and expenditure of the client from the estate is protected. Maintain true and proper records of all monies received, financial data, documents, etc. Prepare, implement and review Estate Action Plan. #J-18808-Ljbffr
