Foreman (Property)

Supervise and carry out testing and commissioning. Conduct routine inspection and prepare inspection reports.Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works and provide appropriate solutions after investigation. Facilitate technical specifications and requirements for all self-performing maintenance and improvement works. Take over technical facilities of buildings and handle defect rectification aspects. Supervise a group of Technicians and Senior Technicians. What we're looking for Craft Certificate or Diploma in Electrical / Building Service Engineering and/or Facilities Management or equivalent is an advantage. Minimum 5–8 years of work experience in property maintenance or related field. Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker in Grade A or above. Experience in property management and taking over of properties is an advantage. Good communication and customer service skills.
