THE ROLE Your role is to participate in the development of the retail sales, provide leadership to the Beauty Advisor, and ensure that customers receive quality service at the counter, as well as a customized consultation. You will advise and demonstrate the full product range with your expert knowledge on both Make‑up and Fragrance. Key Responsibilities Ensure high efficiency of inventory management and processing stock procedures in accordance with company guidelines to achieve 100% accuracy and compliance. Manage defective items and facilitate returns from store to warehouse. Assist in completing all scheduled stock inventory cycles. Work closely with Retail Excellence and Beauty Advisors to ensure smooth and effective store operations. Ensure Beauty Advisors are conversant with KPIs, business strategies, and implementation of all company policies and procedures through regular coaching. Actively identify and solve any issues in store operations and people operations in a timely manner, including planning and managing weekly rostering for all operations staff to meet management expectations. Facilitate month‑end calculations of part‑timer salary, commissions, and overtime pay. Review and analyze daily sales, highlight problem areas, and take appropriate action to rectify poor performance; propose and implement corrective actions if needed. Support and coordinate the changing of merchandising assortment and ensure planogram guidelines are met while managing maintenance. Manage all omni‑channel orders for fulfilment and stock management from the FSS Omni initiative. Ensure retailer price labelling is done and manage price changes. What You’ll Bring Essential Extensive knowledge of fragrance products. People management experience; you must connect with and inspire the field team. Strong knowledge in KPI management, with ability to analyze KPIs and provide improvements across all Beauty Advisors. Excellent and effective communication skills. Ability to remain calm and pleasant during peak hours, with a friendly personality and service mindset.
