Counter Services Operations Senior Officer/Assistant Manager– Deposit Team – Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co. Major Responsibilities Provide cash counter service and back‑office functions for deposit account services; Handle end‑to‑end processing of time deposit, including account setup, renewal, interest calculation and closure; Execute and verify fund transfer applications from clients and internal parties; Manage cheque clearing process, including cheque deposit, verification and exception handling; Process clients’ audit confirmation request; Participate in system upgrades, user acceptance testing (UAT) and implement new operational workflows; Handle and respond to enquiries/requests from internal and external parties; Assist the team head in handling HKICL annual drill test and ad‑hoc tasks. Requirements University graduate with 5 years of relevant experience or branch operations experience (including 3 years at a supervisory level) in deposit account services, cheque clearing process, cash counter service and cash vault management; Attention to detail, mature, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure; Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua speaking is an asset; Proficient in MS Office; Good interpersonal and communication skills; Experience in system upgrade or enhancement projects is a strong plus; Candidates with less experience may be considered as Senior Officer.
