About the Role We are seeking a Growth Manager to lead the end-to-end establishment, management, and optimization of our Shopify eCommerce store, driving both operational excellence and digital performance marketing growth. This role is ideal for a hands‑on eCommerce leader who combines technical Shopify expertise with strong analytical acumen and a deep understanding of digital media buying, paid performance channels, and growth strategies. The successful candidate will own the entire eShop P&L, ensuring a seamless brand experience, efficient operations, and sustained revenue growth across all digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities 1. Shopify Store Development Lead the configuration of the Shopify store — from architecture and UX/UI design to product setup and technical integration. Implement / Optimize payment gateways, shipping rules, and checkout workflows. Integrate third‑party tools for CRM, analytics, marketing automation, and fulfillment. Oversee product catalog setup, inventory accuracy, and pricing optimization. Develop data‑driven merchandising and content strategies to enhance on‑site experience and conversion. Ensure SEO best practices are applied on product and collection pages. Plan and execute promotional campaigns aligned with brand and marketing calendars. 3. Store Operations & Fulfillment Manage end‑to‑end order fulfillment in partnership with internal / external logistics and warehouse teams. Introduce operational automations to streamline customer communications, returns, and tracking. Maintain high service‑level accuracy and efficiency throughout the order lifecycle. 4. Growth & Performance Marketing Ownership Own upper funnel to lower funnel performance metrics — traffic acquisition, conversion rate, ROI, ROAS, and GMV growth. Lead digital performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Affiliates, Display, and Native networks). Manage daily campaign operations — budget allocation, keyword optimization, audience segmentation, and creative A/B testing. Build full‑funnel marketing strategies integrating paid, owned, and earned channels to drive sustained user acquisition and retention. Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices through A/B testing, UI/UX improvements, and site speed enhancement. Collaborate closely with the creative and analytics teams to develop high‑performing ad creatives and data dashboards for continuous optimization. 5. Data Analytics & Reporting Analyze key performance metrics and derive actionable insights. Build performance dashboards to monitor media efficiency and customer behavior. Develop data‑informed strategies to optimize acquisition costs and maximize scale. 6. Customer Lifecycle & CRM Growth Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate email, SMS, loyalty, and referral programs into Shopify. Implement personalized customer journeys using segmented campaigns and automated flows to improve retention and repurchase rates. 7. Cross-Functional Alignment Partner with product, retail, and brand teams to ensure pricing, promotions, and product strategies remain consistent across all channels. 8. Compliance & Site Security Ensure data privacy, payment security, and fraud‑prevention measures are continuously maintained. Stay up to date with eCommerce compliance standards and regulations. Regularly monitor competitor activities, pricing, and performance benchmarks to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Use market insights to refine growth strategies and adapt quickly to evolving consumer trends. Qualifications 5+ years of hands‑on eCommerce or performance marketing experience, preferably within DTC, retail, or consumer brands. Proven expertise in Shopify store management, including setup, customization, integrations, and analytics. Strong command of digital performance marketing — Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and affiliate marketing platforms. Fluent in key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CVR, and retention metrics; capable of optimizing campaigns through data‑driven decisions. Experienced in SEO and conversion funnel optimization. Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Shopify Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools). Creative and analytical mindset, capable of balancing brand aesthetics with growth performance. Strong communication and project management skills, comfortable collaborating across multiple teams.
