Responsibilities Oversee the software product lifecycle from concept to launch, including desktop, mobile web, and apps. Direct the team in developing secure and scalable solutions, defining product requirements, and collaborating with design and marketing. Adopt best practices such as Agile and CI/CD to ensure efficient, high-quality development. Drive digital transformation efforts and incorporate AI and new tech to improve the infrastructure . Identify and explore new business models and market opportunities. Leverage your retail knowledge to tackle industry challenges, enhancing customer experience and inventory management. Analyze data trends to shape technology strategies. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to ensure tech initiatives align with business goals. Assist non-technical teams in effectively utilizing technology. Establish and maintain the company’s information security strategy to ensure system integrity. Optimize database structures and develop dashboards to meet business needs. Mentor a diverse tech team, setting clear objectives and encouraging collaboration. Recruit and retain top-tier talent while providing training for professional development. Requirements 10+ years in software product development with a proven track record. 5-7 years of management experience, preferably in tech or startups. 2-5 years of experience in retail, with insights into operations and technology trends. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and mobile app development , particularly Shopify. Knowledge of data engineering and AWS infrastructure for effective application deployment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
